Summary: The A/C would be nice to go below 21 centigrade - a little too warm for us at night. Beds were good but had some sort of thick plastic cover on the mattress for incontinent people. We took it off and slept much better. Otherwise Ricardo was a wonderful host.

Summary: If you want to visit the La Spezia/5 Terre this is an amazing place. Riccardo the owner is very attentive and accommodating. Very clean and efficient. Please note that this is a privately run facility and that parking needs to be planned in advance. Train station is short walking distance. Bordering La Spezia Old Town car free zone.
